Alex Rodriguez Tested Positive for Steroids
It was reported this morning by Sports Illustrated reports that Alex Rodriguez tested positive for anabolic steroids in 2003. The year (2003) that Alex captured a homerun title and an MVP title as a member of the Texas Rangers. It was also a year that officals allowed baseball players to be tested anonymously and without penalty. The officials wanted to assess the level of steroid use in the game of baseball.
An SI reporter said that says A-Rod had no comment for SportsIllustrated.com when asked about his 2003 test results.
Alex was never suspected to be a steriod user, he was thought to be natural. Alex Rodriguez‘s name was mention in Jose Canseco’s book “Vindicated: Big names, big liars and the battle to save baseball”
There are more names on that previously anonymous list of players who tested positive in 2003. We would be waiting for the names to be released to the public
