Roberto Alomar is Sued by Ilya Dall
This is a wierd case. Roberto Alomar, a former baseman in baseball, is sued by Ilya Dall, his ex-girlfriend. Ilaya is claiming that she contacted the deadly virus, AIDS from Alomar. She is suing him for $15 million, and she claims in the lawsuit that Roberto knew that he might had AIDS had unprotected sex with her.
Alomar’s lawyer, Charles Bach, wants the case to be thrown away. Bach said that, “We believe this is a totally frivolous lawsuit. These allegations are baseless,” Bach said. “He’s healthy and would like to keep his health status private. We’ll do our talking in court.”
Alomar retired from baseball in 2005 due to health reasons. During his 17 yrs career in baseball,he was a 10-time Gold Glove winner, played for San Diego, Toronto, Baltimore, Cleveland, the New York Mets, Chicago White Sox and Arizona, and was a .300 hitter with 210 homers and 1,134 RBI.
This is a warning for ladies. Run away from sport celebrities and approach them with caution as you approach regular guys.
