Jayson Williams is Hospitalized and On Suicide Watchlist

Former Nets forward and ex-superstar, Jayson Williams, is now under psychological evaluation in a Manhattan hospital after authorities said he was acting “suicidal” and “violent” in a NY hotel room this morning. He was arrested and taken to the hospital after turning his hotel room upside down.

Current News Blog learnt that Williams, 41, was arrested at 4 a.m by the police. The police officers were forced to use a taser gun to subdue him, before he could be taken to the hospital. Alcohol or prescription drug is rumored to be the cause of his strange behavior.

Williams was acquitted by a court of aggravated manslaughter in 2002 of an accidental shooting death of his limo driver, 55-year-old Costas “Gus” Christofi. But he is not yet off the hook from the law. Williams still faces a retrial for reckless manslaughter. I guess he would have a hard time finding a driver to take him to the hospital.

Rainbow Play Systems Provides Swing Set

Rainbow Play Systems provided swing set to the Obamas at the White House yesterday, 4th March. Obviously, the swing set is for Malia and Sasha.

Obviously, the Obamas want to entertain their daughters. They still want the girls to have a youthful life.

According to the company’s Illinois distributor, “the Obamas chose South Dakota-based Rainbow Play Systems Inc because the swing set is made in the United States and one of the girls’ Chicago friends had a similar set”.

The cedar and redwood playground boasts four swings, a slide, a fort and a climbing wall. It also has a picnic table with brass plates etched with the names of all 44 presidents.

Joanie Barrus, Rainbow’s Illinois distributor, said a set typically costs about $3,500. But price tag of the Obamas’ set was not released. Barrus said they paid for it themselves. Nice, they didn’t use tax payers money.

Alexis Phifer is No More with Kanye West

Alexis Phifer is no more with kanye West. Kanye is now a chick magnet since his break up. A source told the New York Post newspaper: “Kanye had so many girls around him you couldn’t keep track. One second he had a girl on his lap, 10 minutes later, it was a new girl, and then again a new girl.

“He ended up leaving the club with three different women, sneaking out the back door into his waiting SUV car.”

Kanye’s latest album ’808s and Heartbreak’ refers to his split from Alexis, who he had been dating on and off since 2002.

Go kanye, don’t let anybody stop you now.

Orly Levy:Israeli Parliament Model

The present talk in Israel is the female candidate running for Israel’s parliament. Her name is Orly Levy. She is a former fashion model running for Parliament from the state’s hard-right Israel Beitenu Party. There have been parodies of her on Wags, Israel’s version of “Saturday Night Live”. Levy admits her political experience is thin.She is the Sarah Palin of Israel. But unlike Palin, it seems she is destined to win.

Orly is a mother of three children. She has served in the Israeli Air Force and has a degree in Law. She is an experienced model, and has hosted a variety of Israeli television shows. Her father was a former Israeli foreign minister.

Good Luck Orly, we shall be watching you.

Christian Bale Rant

Last summer, Chrisitian Bale went on a ranting rampage on the Terminator: Salvation set when a director of photography interrupted a scene he was doing. Since he is a celebrity, he thinks he can have his way. Chrisitian Bale started ranting and cursing. He threatened either the director be fired or he would abandon the movie production.

The director of photography that was doing his job was Shane Hurlbut and he quickly apologized. But when a short tempered celebrity is angry, it is of no use apologizing. Other production tried to calm Christian Bale, but he wouldn’t angry man.

TMZ got hold of the video of Christian Bale rants, and he dropped the F bomb 125 times. That is a whole lot of bomb dropping. I suscept that he was just only saying the F word.
