Cars In the Society

Cars have a very long history. From the first car that was made in the 19th century to the mass production of cars in the 20th century to the hybrid cars in the 21st century. There are many types of cars that have been produced. The cars have different shapes, size and purposes. For instance, some cars produced are fast cars. The fast cars are normally called sports cars. These are cars that can go from 0 to 60 mph under 5 mins. That is fast.

Some cars are big and are used for rugged roads. For instance, the hummer is used for rugged roads. Some cars can carry a lot of loads. It can carry a family with their luggages if they are going on a vacation. These type of car is a station wagon. Toyota Venza is an example of such car. It is not necessary a station wagon, but it can carry five-passengers.Cars that are produced for heavy duty i.e. to carry heavy items, such as a billard table or a swing set . These type of cars are called trucks. The GMC Sierra pick up truck is very good for carrying heavy items.

Hybrid cars are environment friendly cars. The cars use two source of power. One is from fossil fuel and the other is from hydrogen. The 1500 hybrid_2009 mazda is an environmental friendly car. Hybrid cars doesn’t consume as much fossil fuels as other cars.
